The history of Taifelds begins more than a century ago; from Europe, the family recipes for bread and pastries were brought to Mexico.

Over the years, we have evolved and developed a wide variety of products, including pound cakes, bread, pastries, etc... with our specialty being cookies; Taifelds has been the pioneering and leading Mexican company in the production of healthy cookies.

Several decades ago (in the 1970s), we began with this concept, focusing on making healthy muffins and cookies, with our traditional "Bran Muffins with honey and oats" being the first, present in the history and memory of a large number of Mexican families, and still to this day, the favorite product of all.

Our constant concern for creating delicious and healthy cookies has led us to create cookies with different characteristics; today we have a wide variety such as Taifelds Super Cookies® made with superfoods, Fiber Cookies® with natural fruit fibers, Amaranth Cookies, Taifelds Light Cookies®, without sucrose sugar, Whole Grain Cookies, Gluten-Free Cookies, Taifelds vegan & protein cookies®, vegan whole grain cookies made without any ingredients of animal origin, and European Pastries, made with 100% cow butter, thus covering the needs of all our customers, offering them products specifically designed for them, covering all tastes and specialties.
